International Orders require additional postage, and customs paperwork delivered in person to post office for mailing to a verified address - as such we may require 24-48 hours to process. We are not responsible for loss of Internationally shipped items due to the complexities involved with International Shipping.

In the unlikely event that product/s received is not what was expected - within 15 days we'll gladly take it back and give Customer a full refund - minus our Shipping Costs and Bank/PayPal Fees (Effective 2019~PayPal and Credit Card Companies no longer refund Transaction Fees to Merchants), or, we'll give full credit towards another item (Customer choice) - as long as product is received in original NEW condition (ie not used, broken or worn). All returns must be received as originally shipped - in original manufacturers packaging, with included accessories, manuals, etc.
If product is defective , we will gladly swap it out with new one within the first 15 days, after 15 days the Manufacturers Warranty will apply, and, - we will facilitate with the Manufacturer when necessary. (NOTE: Use of tools or disassembly of product will void warranty)
NOTE: International Customers / outside of USA ~ should contact the manufacturer directly for faster-better Warranty support.
Personal preferences such as LED tint, LED centering, circuit pre-flash, inductor whine, minor HA cosmetic issues, lumen output modes/levels, slight beam imperfections/artifacts, etc - which does not affect the function of the product (ie produce light), will not be considered defect when returning items. The “try it before you buy it” method of purchasing is highly frowned upon.
Customer is responsible for return postage, and prior to return/exchange of merchandise.
NOTE: Packages sent to us without RMA information on outside of package - will be returned to sender unopened.
And please do not use "Signature Required", it will delay arrival as we do not typically go to Post Office during their open hours.
We do not have a physical store front, as selling our products exclusively online allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices than most retail stores.
